If you are not happy with your GoSili purchase and are within 30 days of purchase, you can return it; product can be shipped back (at your own expense) and a refund will be issued once received and verified it is unused. If your product is damaged, please send a picture and details of the issue to email@example.com; once the item has been verified by a team member a refund will be issued accordingly (product does not typically need to be sent back).
The cost of the original shipping is not refundable. This policy only applies to products that have been purchased on GoSili.com. Products purchased from other retail outlets must be returned to the original place of purchase. Please refer to the retailer’s return policy for full instructions.
GoSili, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Return and Shipping policy, at any time. It is your responsibility to check this Return and Shipping policy periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
